MetaFit: Nutrition & Fitness Lab was founded by **Soniel Deceus**, a passionate and dedicated **PhysEd and Health Teacher**. With years of experience guiding students towards healthier lifestyles, Soniel recognized a critical need for a program that goes beyond traditional health education, offering practical, hands-on skills for long-term well-being.
Soniel's vision for MetaFit stems from a deep commitment to empowering young people to understand their bodies, make informed nutritional choices, and embrace physical activity as a cornerstone of a healthy life. This program is a direct reflection of Soniel's belief that prevention and early intervention are key to combating the rising rates of chronic illnesses in adolescents.
Through MetaFit, Soniel aims to instill not just knowledge, but also the confidence, discipline, and self-care habits that will serve students well throughout their lives, fostering a generation that is truly proactive about their health journey.
